Front desk stuff are not friendly at all, no smile, they don't look at you while you talk to them. Also they will have to pay every time you get it even if it's a 5 mins follow-up
Doctor was very nice in person. But diagnosed my knee as perfect which turned later after MRI that I had mutiple issues including partially torn ACL and tears in all meniscuses but if i didn't ask for MRI I wouldn't have known that
I don't recommend it at all

They tried to make me pay the full amount because their system was not communicating with my insurance Bluecross Blueshieds Tx. They took all my information about me and my insurance information. Then i said to the lady well when it will be up again she said she didn't know. She didn't even attempt to call my insurance. I had whiplash. I really needed to see a doctor. I just went to urgent care and was seen right away.

The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. My ankle/Achilles tendon was sprained. The examination, xrays, and diagnosis were completed within a matter of minutes. My condition was explained in detail and in layman's terms. Despite the pain from my injury, I left convinced that I had gone to the right place.

Horrible experience, when I scheduled my appointment I was never told that I would have to have an x ray done that was no more than 3:days old. I knew ai would have to pay for my co pay up front but was also expected to pay for an X-ray I I knew nothing about and they said the Dr. Could not see me without the X-ray that I was also required to pay and could not be billed for
So unfortunately I was not able to be seen today. It would have been nice to be told this at the time of scheduling my appointment.

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough! If you have any type of orthopedic injury…go here first instead of the minor emergency clinic. They know their stuff and they really do care about their patients. You never feel like a number. We have referred numerous friends and family members and all have been very happy with their care.

I was experiencing a great deal of pain in my hip that was severely limiting my mobility and honestly really worrying me. Finding an ortho who would provide competent, clear, and kind care was important to me. The front desk team was on it - even hopping into the x-ray room! And Nerisa was awesome. Quick, clear, kind, professional, understanding, and really helpful. The whole team was great and I'm looking forward to finishing up my treatment with them.

The PA gave me a shot for pain in my back. I thought it probably wouldn’t work. She didn’t really explain what it was, but it worked wonderfully. I got the shot for my back but it helped for my knee also. I did look it up when I got home. I have never had one of these shots before, but it works great. It was some kind of steroid. I’ve had steroid shots before, but never one like this.
