Staff well train to do pre screening . When you see doctor he has looked over your health sheet . Ask questions n is a good listener. Explains everything to you and is personable. Up front n I asked about LASIK surgery. He explain each type of procedure n referred me a doctor who does LASIK eye surgery .

I tried to make changes to my appointment by calling the office, texting and emailing the office for two days straight with no response. We were told to be there early to do paperwork, but the office was not open early. The girl at the reception desk was not very professional and did not seem to understand insurance. I provided her with a copy of the insurance and the policy itself and she argued that the policy covered everything but the exam, when the policy specifically stated the exam was covered, She insisted it only covered diabetic eye exams and I told her that was because she was trying to use the medical card and not the vision insurance. Eye doctor himself was good, but no "complimentary" trial contact were provided to make sure what we were ordering would work. Costs were high - I would not recommend this office.

As it was last day of year, office was pretty busy, but my wait wasn't unreasonable, and the staff was great about coming to the LensCrafters next door to get me when it was time. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. The doctor was fantastic! He answered all of my questions and even went beyond answering and provided helpful information that I didn't know to ask. He did all that while being pleasant and still quick.

Everyone was so nice, helpful, and efficient! Honestly this was the quickest service I’ve had and did not feel rushed even when I had questions. I highly recommend! One little note is if your appointment is right when they open, there’s no need to get there 15 mins early since they won’t be open.
