I am honestly very disappointed in the wait time for Dr. Franklin for 2 PM. As I was on hold, I called the office and the receptionist said he was running behind, this was already waiting 10 mins, now 20 in speaking woth her
Dr. definitely isn't cognitive.l of othes times. I proceeded to tell her whether he is running late or with an appt that needs some special attention. It is probably 7 I should of been texted or called to be informed. I felt like I wasnt treated with common courtesy. I do not want to reschedule or see anyone else on this platform. I will call samsha and go from there
