Dr. Gluck and his office are very thorough and professional. When a concern came up, office staff immediately scheduled a specialist appointment for me.
My only problem was that the appointment I made on ZocDoc was not in the office's appointment book. They took me anyway, relatively quickly, but they need to improve their interface with the website.
