From the moment I scheduled my appointment, through the appointment and now after the team at the doctor's office has been amazing. I pre-registered via an email link sent to me so no filling out all the usual new patient paperwork when I arrived, they were expecting me when I arrived, and I only had to wait a few minutes. Dr. Kim was patient, kind, informative and never made me feel like he was rushing to get to next patient. He took the time to review my medical history and made sure to review all the age-appropriate testing and get them scheduled. They drew blood at the office and the next day (today) all of the test results were posted to my chart and the doctor had already ordered and informed me of new medications and concerns regarding bloodwork done. Can't say enough positive things about my visit and post visit experience, certainly not what I have experienced in the past, a real breath of fresh air.

Dr Kim was very thorough and did not rush the visit at all. He gave me candid advice, encouraged lifestyle changes and OTC products rather than being quick to jump to prescriptions. We covered 5-6 topics over about a half hr and I came away with tangible, easy to achieve actions for each. Highly recommend.

The whole experience with Zocdoc and UChicago Medicine was very good. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. I could schedule a visit literally for the next day. Once scheduled, the doctor’s office contacted me to confirm appointment via text. They also had echeck-in to complete formalities so lot of in-person time was saved when I went for the actual visit.

Both the doctor and the nurse Kimberly were very friendly and professional.
Dr. Kim also contacted me personally the night before because of a special request I had put in my form.
I also get lightheaded during blood draws, and Kimberly went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable - she even got me snacks since I had fasted through breakfast. Stellar from start to finish.

The doctor completely forgot why I was returning (just 2 weeks after my main check-up when I came back for a blood test) - I came in on time to the office for a blood test, and they forgot I was in a room and made me wait for 45 minutes before letting me know that they missed the time for a blood test, but I could return for another appt. Not very competently run staff and doctor appears to have a lot of patients.

Great experience from the front desk staff, the nursing staff, and of course the doctor. I was seen quickly, everyone was friendly, and all of my concerns were addressed. Felt very safe and comfortable the whole time.

The wait time was short so that was great. The nurse/medical assistant that checked me in was so rude, it was almost like she was being inconvenienced by having to be there and servicing me. The doctor didn’t seem to be listening to what I was saying and never sent the prescription he recommended. Overall it was a poor experience and I won’t be returning.
