All of the staff were very nice. I think NYU Langone has a problem with its paperwork/records/technology systems - I filled the same things out/answered the same questions three separate times for this visit, and witnessed a number of other patients having trouble with the check-in & payment systems while I was in the waiting area.
Dr. Rassi is a phenomenal doctor. She is easy to talk to, puts you at ease, listens intently and responds thoughtfully. I went in for a physical and she went through my complete history. She also makes meaningful referrals. You can tell she is in the medical field for the right reason: to care for people. So relieved that I finally found a primary care doctor with a heart!

Dr. Rassi is the best doctor I've ever been to.

I'm seriously sad that my insurance that i get through my employer changed because it meant I couldn't have Dr. Rassi anymore. My grandfather was a physician and put a heavy emphasis on the importance of doctor-patient relationship/communication/care, so that has always been very very important to me. Dr. Rassi is basically the next best thing to my own grandfather being my GP! She is attentive, so so charming and personable, thorough, and you just feel as though you're being taken seriously. She always follows through and even when i went about a 9 months without seeing her, she remembered all the things we discussed (personal and medical) when I saw her again. I went to her for about two years and I seriously cannot express how bummed I am that my insurance changed. The best.

She's amazing!
When I entered the office, it was clean, well run, and had a very pleasant feel to it. The receptionist acknowledged me immediately and was extremely professional and I noticed she had me answer questions to fill out forms paperlessly which I thought was really efficient. I waited about 25 minutes before I was seen and the attending nurse was optimistic, friendly, and went out of her way to make me comfortable. She even had me lay down and brought me a cup of water and asked me to rest while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Rassi came in a few minutes later and she herself was extremely thorough and wonderful. If I had a slight concern, she addressed it deeply and gave me references and showed amazing, caring bedside manner. Afterward, I saw the same sunny nurse, as well as another person who took my blood work, and yet another person who gave me a flu shot. Each person was kind, respectful, and happy. In all my years of going to the doctor, I never looked forward to it. In my past, I had always been rushed from one place to another with barely a smile and then a prescription for what ailed me. I was then sent away. That shouldn't be the way healthcare should feel and that was not the case here. At Dr. Rassi's office, I felt welcomed in and treated like a human being who had feelings, concerns, and who wanted care. I received a very positive annual checkup and I walked away feeling great. I would highly recommend Dr. Rassi's office. Sometimes, there are groups of people who do their job well and who regard people with dignity and respect along the way. This is that kind of office. I thank them for their kindness and care.
Great doctor and staff! Totally recommend her.

I can't believe this doctor got such great reviews, and I trusted ZocDoc instead of a personal reference. I have NEVER been alienated like this by a healthcare professional. I went into the office a month ago for my physical, and had some bloodwork done. I also needed vaccinations for an upcoming move to Asia. Besides waiting so long and a waiting room staff that couldn't even look up to acknowledge me, I've now called the doctor 3 times to go over my blood test results and assessment, with absolutely NO response or call back. For the last week and a half, all three calls have gone unanswered, and even the operators that take the message and relay them to the doctor cannot believe I haven't been contacted. One of the operators told me that I should have scheduled a follow up when I checked out of my appointment, however no one EVER mentioned that to me, or else I would have - especially with the time sensitivity of my trip and how difficult it is to even get in. I am so upset and now my hands are tied before I leave the country. I would never associate this lack of care to Cornell Weill, but maybe this office is overlooked. Next time, I'll gladly wait for an internist that's recommended to me to take new patients before trusting ZocDoc.

Dr. Rassi is great, I'm very glad I chose this office. I was a bit taken aback when her assistant said I was late, when I had actually gotten there on time, but reception had me wait before I was checked-in.
I was really pleased with the time Dr. Rassi took to get to know me and understand my medical condition, I would totally recommend her.
Bedside manner was an absolute treat and delight. Knowledge of illnesses outstanding. Pleasant and easy to talk to about visit. Displayed compassion. Explained her reason for being tardy.

Verified patient
Excellent doctor very helpful and responsive I followed up with a phone call which was promptly answered and gave me all the information I needed.

I was very frustrated, because this was supposed to be an annual physical, which is covered by my insurance. But the way they coded it, was in a way, that I got charged way more money than I could afford at that time. I had to pay it, but I was frustrated that they care more about their bottom line than the patients. I do not like that.
Dr. Rassi was very nice! She answered all my questions and thoroughly went over my medical history to understand my health. I would highly recommend her!

Second time back with Dr. Rassi and staff-- even more impressed than the first time. I had brought charts from a prior pcp, she took her time looking over it and found several things my previous pcp had overlooked. She listened to my new symptoms and complaints kindly and with genuine care. I feel secure and positive in her care-- there is no judgement, only openness and warmth. Don't be worried if she has to respond to calls or other staff during your visit. Everything is done efficiently and her attention is with you.
She's just wonderful. So friendly, really cares about you. Open about her thoughts and thinking process. Quick to give recommendations and advice. I walk away feeling so happy!
