Literally the worst Dr's office ever. I know we're in Bushwick but this was 3rd world. Very rude and unprofessional.

She seems like a nice enough person who is trying to do well, but it's not enough. Her office is a mess, totally disorganised, there's a dog in the exam room?!?! And she wouldn't do my bloodwork on site, I would have had to get it done elsewhere. Also she wouldn't stop talking about diabetes, I'm not even remotely prediabetic or diabetic. Sadly the appointment was a complete waste of time.
I found Elaine very kind, helpful, and humorous.

Dr. Pass seems is a kind doctor with good intentions but this was still the most upsetting clinic I've ever been in - I can barely call it a clinic. The medical room is an office with a piece of sanitary paper spread out over a desk and the aforementioned dog. The "treatment" consisted of taking my weight and blood pressure and taking a two second glimpse at my throat. No temperature was taken, my lymphnodes were not assessed- I felt as though many doctoring basics were missing. When I asked if I could get a strep test taken they explained they don't have those facilities (I later conveniently found out these can be done at any CVS). Rather than listen to my symptoms I was simply 'diagnosed' with that "thing going around," written a prescription (which I questioned as I had barely described my symptoms), and referred to another doctor - begging the question of why had I come to see this doctor in the first place. This place does not feel like a medical facility and was a truly upsetting place to visit when you are ill and in need of help.
Dr. Pass is the sweetest lady. I was visiting from out of town and was very sick. She got me in and out within 30 minutes with everything I needed. It was comforting and refreshing to meet with a doctor who treated me like a person and not just like a patient. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Pass was not very professional and when I tried to reach her office she was nearly impossible to reach. Once I was able to reach her she hung up on me.

She does not do any blood work at her office and will make you feel like your family history is an imminent threat to your current health even if you are healthy with the intent to stay healthy.
She a kind older woman but I left my visit a bit disgusted. She had her dog inside the exam room with her. Worst of all the room smelled like dog. Terrible! The only reason why I stood was because I desperately needed a prescription. Other than that I wouldn't trust getting treated here. She was also more concern about family history and referring me to other DRs/Hospitals than solving my current issues. -Health wise, I don't think anyone should be treating patients with their pets in the exam room (unless it's their personal service dog). Which in a case like that I think the dog should be left in a separate private room, not with patients. The office didn't feel super clean
KIND Bright Interesting women

The office is bare-bones, which I appreciate. I need care, not an expensive room. Dr. Pass was thoughtful and helpful, and knew what she was talking about. She had good advice and helped make sure my insurance would help with what I needed.

She seems like a nice person- that's the only positive thing I can say. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time with her. The other reviews are accurate- she is very unprofessional and she does keep her sick dog in her office. I actually didn't mind the dog (I felt bad for him) but it adds to everything else. First off, I checked in through Zocdoc so I could save time as a new patient. When I arrived, I was told that they didn't have my info and that I would need to fill everything out again. I was given a check-in sheet that was a hand-written photocopy. Literally every print out I was given was a hand-written photocopy. It doesn't look professional and it can't possibly be more efficient. I made an appointment the day before, which was completely unnecessary because she allows walk-in visits so my appointment wasn't honored at all. Like I said, this woman is nice but she is a complete scatter brain and completely unorganized and unprofessional. I came in hoping to discuss a few concerns that I had. I wanted her to hear all of them so she could put all the pieces together before jumping to conclusions. She wouldn't allow me to list all of my concerns and proceeded to give me several print outs and referral sheets, only to take them back after I elaborated on the problem. After talking for 5-10 minutes (while she shuffled through papers and walked in and out of the room) I proceeded to list the other concerns I had and she cut me off. She asked me to wait until next time to bring up other concerns. One of the main reasons I made this appointment was to get a referral to a dermatologist and I realized when I got home (after going through the many papers she gave me) that she didn't even write me the referral. She is just the worst. Yes, she takes all kinds of insurances but it's not worth the hassle. Read reviews and go somewhere more professional. This place is a joke.

They seemed to have forgotten my appointment.
When I first arrived, the doctor had her dog in her office where she evaluates patients! NOT hygenic! Let me repeat this: She said she keeps her DOG in her office/patient exam room because he's not feeling well. Smart to keep not just a dog, but a SICK dog in her health establishment! There's no way I would let her do anything other than weigh me or check my blood pressure in her unclean establishment. Most of the appointment she discussed referrals and how I need to mention her name wherever I go. This appointment really felt like it was about her getting her referral fees to the 30 places she referred me to telling me to mention her name. My reason for going to this appointment was for her to evaluate my blood test results so I could understand what's going on with my help and I mentioned what I needed in my zoc doc notes before arrival. She told me if I didn't understand them that I should refer to "Dr. Google". Which most doctors tell you to stay away from. She pulled up her laptop while going thru my lab test results and had to google what a few of the components of the test meant. But she's a doctor... She referred me to get a lab test done, which I did, now I'm worried if she may even understand when I get these results back! She did manage to tell me that some of my results indicate allergies. When I called her from the lab she referred me to asking her if she could add an allergy test into my report so I don't have to come back twice, her receptionist told me Dr. Pass says that I have to make another appointment for it. It's inconvenient for me to have to come back and get more blood work again for something she already indicated I needed the first time. I really wanted to like her because she's actually very welcoming and appears to be quite nice, but I don't feel she has the patient's best interest. He receptionist also ruined it for her after she hung up on me twice instead of asking me to hold. Her receptionist was extremely unprofessional and told me she has other patients and can't deal with me and hung up after I politely asked her a question. They also has the nerve to ask me to fill out a zoc doc survey that they will fax to zoc doc. Soliciting reviews is never good and they should come naturally... Like what I'm doing right now. This establishment is completely unprofessional in many ways and people should think twice about coming here.
Dr. Pass was very friendly and thorough.
