I work with adults, teens, and children (6 years and older) in psychotherapy and psychological evaluation. I work with people undergoing stresses related to personal, relationship, and vocational adjustments and also with specific conditions, such as obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, fears, worry, phobias, ADD/ADHD and learning concerns. I also do testing for ADD, ADHD, learning problems, and recommend accommodations for schoolwork and standardized testing situations. I welcome military and veterans.
My orientation is cognitive and behavioral, and is tailored for the individual. Often people learn to better understand their psychological concerns, address overly negative ideas they hold about themselves and others, and learn more effective ways to approach problems in life.
