I went to see Dr. Chetver for an annual physical and to find a new primary doctor. The booking process was very easy as she had appointments available within the week. The office was easy to find and had free parking spots available (which is a huge bonus for WeHo).
The office was a little small and felt old school, but the staff was friendly and did my patient intake and paperwork right away. It took about 45 minutes for the doctor to see me. Dr. Chetver was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She asked in-depth questions and listened to every concern I had. I would go back for future appointments.

This office is so comforting and wonderful. I came in with very vague ongoing symptoms and Dr. Chetver ordered any and all tests that could explain it, never rushed me and in the end I found out exactly what is causing the problem!!

She’s very kind, funny, and understanding; asked all the right questions. If you need bloodwork done, it’s immediate. Her staff was also very helpful. I think they may have stayed late to make sure I got all the treatment I needed! Best doctor I’ve seen since I can remember

If you have an autoimmune issue and your insurance covers anyone else, don't even bother with Chetver. She refuses to look into anything less obvious than an ear infection, and shames patients for trying to discuss symptoms.

The office was small and a little cramped. I arrived 15 minutes early but still waited for an hour. The bathrooms which were shared with the other offices in the plaza were filthy and I couldn't even bring myself to use them. Despite all of these things, the nurse who took my blood pressure and the doctor were kind and friendly.

Extremely pleased! They were about to grant me an appointment right away when I needed it! Perfect as I was able to see them after work! Dr Chetver was very approachable and professional. She diagnosed me right away and provided me with the prescriptions I needed. I definitely will be making her my Primary Physician!
