I was expecting more personalized exam and treatment for migrane. Dr. Frid just asked more or less general questions, prescibed antidepresants(!). Needless to say they messed up my regime and did not help.

The doctor herself was pleasant, though a bit standoffish. She seemed thorough enough, but she wasn't warm or welcoming.Her other staff members were really down-to-earth and made me feel really comfortable.
I had a major issue with one of the other men performing a test. They had someone in training and were both learning and testing a new machine. There was one point where I was in terrible pain (they were literally burning my inner ear drum) and I made that very clear. The only response I got was "I know." If a patient tells you they're in pain and to please stop (and you're able to), you stop. I got so violently nauseous during one test he performed that I made them stop. They repeatedly tried to make me continue. That made this one of the worst doctor's visits and medical experiences I've ever endured. At the end of the day, I doubt I'll be returning

Elena Frid is a great doctor. She really listens to what's going on, is warm, and has a way of putting me at ease when I am very stressed out about my symptoms. I can't recommend her enough. Some of my doctors are a bit robotic and not very nice so Dr.Frid is a breath of fresh air.

Was taken back to see her immediately after I finished my paperwork. There were some issues with the referral from my regular MD, but the secretary patiently resolved those so that I could keep my initial appointment. Dr. Frid was very thorough and kind, making sure to answer any questions or worries that I may have.

I was raised in a medical family. Although Dr. Frid specialises in Neurology (and is double-boarded in psychiatry), in the relatively short time I have been her pt., I have come to trust her as being at the top of those physicians whom I know, represent, or have had professional relationships with.

Doctor and technician staff were all great and very professional. They put me at ease and prepared me for the testing. Dr. Frid is very much to the point and ultra professional, barely could get her to crack a smile! Never felt rushed, definitely felt like they listened to everything I had to say as well.
