“I’ve been to a lot of PTs and this was the best experience ever!! The whole team was friendly and I felt at home. I left in much less pain and with a plan to continue with them. I felt supported and cared for the whole time from the moment I checked in. Best place I’ve ever gone for pain management and I’m so happy I found them.”

I like Touch of Life because you spend the full session with the physical therapist, I look forward to each session, and each session feels productive. They also have a lot of really cool equipment that they can incorporate into your treatment. It's a really thoughtfully designed space. I was seeing Dr. Jo first, and after Dr. Richards joined I started seeing her weekly to try the reformer. Our sessions are collaborative and she adjusts based on how I respond. She helped me understand that some muscles were overcompensating for others, and the focus has been retraining how I stabilize and move instead of just doing random exercises. I notice it during the day & she always explains the reasoning behind what we’re doing. Most of all, I am motivated because she cares: she is paying attention to my progress and helping me adjust. I am so glad I found this practice and that it is part of my weekly routine!
Very helpful and sweet!
She really knows what she is doing, I loved that she is so attentive and you can tell she really wants to help! She has so much passion for what she does:)
Dr. Richards is a thoughtful provider with great bedside manner. She has many ways to approach my low back issue and each time I feel improvement! Her exercise programs and pilates instruction is also a great asset.
I went to Delaney Richards for a quick visit for my shoulder pain. I’ve seen many physiotherapists and she was the first person that understood the pain. The overall assessment and treatment to mitigate the pain was very helpful. Very friendly, and professional. Would recommend her to my family and friends and anyone with chronic pain.
Dr. Richards is excellent. The absolute best. But I did receive an unexpected charge. I was overcharged, even though I called the office beforehand to make sure my insurance would be accepted. After my appointment was done, and they charged the credit card that they required to be on file (they required credit card info to be filled out before the visit). After I had already left and later saw that they overcharged me, I came back and they stated that they only take out of network benefits, not in-network benefits, after the session was already done. Also my appointment was rescheduled after I had already confirmed my appointment on Zocdoc and after I had already called the office to confirm the date and time. None of this was Dr. Richard’s fault though. More the admin staff / lack of organization.
I have had significant lower back pain and sciatica pain from volleyball injuries. Dr. Delaney used my love of Pilates and integrated it into our sessions! I began gaining strength in muscles that were weak and causing my nerve pain. I feel so much better and truly cannot say good enough things about Delaney!
Her Pilates sessions greatly helped my recovery from a golf back injury. The rehab work eased the pain in my lower back and left hip. Thank you so much!

Delaney did an amazing job with my care. She was incredibly attentive and resourceful in helping resolve my knee pain. I will be going back if other problems come up since I had such a great experience.
Delaney was GREAT. She took the time to understand where my pain was and found several different ways to help relieve my pain. She is very knowledgeable in her work. Would recommend her to anyone!
I met with Dr. Richards twice this week and she introduced me to pilates and the benefits of incorporating it into physical therapy. The sessions have been extremely engaging and beneficial. I learned so much in such a short time. Dr. Richards has such a fun personality to be around, and she is highly educated! I recommend seeing her!
Delaney is a very smart, talented PT. She tx me for vertigo, and the all symptoms subsided with 2 treatments. Great bedside manner and personable.
Delaney was incredibly helpful! Not only did she work on my knee with precision and care in the facilities, but also gave me instructions on how to continue to heal outside of our sessions. She also is truly a delight to interact with! I felt extremely comfortable in her care and would highly recommend both her and Touch of Life!
Delaney is professional and personable! Was an absolute pleasure to get to know her & to have her address my concerns and goals.
Dr. Richards was amazing! She is kind and patient. You can tell she truly wants to help her patients and she listened to my concerns. I cannot recommend her enough!
Delaney was so easy to talk to and was great at educating me. You can tell she loves what she does. As an RN, I rely on my body so much and I’m so thankful with Delaney’s help I was able to make it through tough shifts again!
Delaney is so great! She listens to everything I have problems with and is willing to stay within my comfort zone exercise & treatment wise. She is so kind & genuine, 11/10 recommend!
Quickly diagnosed and relieved pain from a volleyball shoulder injury that I let linger for a few weeks too long. Walked me through a rotation of exercises/movements to rebuild stability and fully eliminated the pain in my shoulder in a short amount of time.
