The wait time was very long even tho I had an appointment and I didn’t get to see my doctor because he didn’t do certain services like I thought but overall it was okay

I wanted to find a Primary Doctor to begin the 1st of many Annual Checkups. Today meeting Dr. Elisa Kolk was so refreshing to have an appointment be on time. No wait time in the waiting room and then in the examination room. I liked that my information can be linked to mybeaumontchart. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and professional.
