I spent 1hour and 20mins at epic and didn’t complete my appoint. I was seen by the provider 50 mins after my original time. She left the room after sending me to do a pea test and I wanted 25 mins an after getting back and no one came back in the room to finish the testing. I ended up leaving to get care somewhere else.
Apparently I was having an allergic reaction but no one cared enough to properly attend to me or treat the reaching

Doctor Amber was very nice and she listened to every word I said without any irruptions. Also, Doctor Amber spoke very clear English, also she was very informative about the procedures that she was going to do. In so many words, my experience with the physician and medical staff as a whole were very professional and their attitudes were even better.

I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early. I waited in the waiting area for about 20 minutes before I was called to the back when the young lady took me to the back to my room, she took my blood pressure and asked me a couple questions. She left a room. I did not see her for a long period of time. I finally had to open the door and ask when was someone going to come in to see me? Finally, the nurse practitioner came in she left out came in again. It was terrible when she came back after I explained to her the reason why I was there she asked me the same question two or three times the young lady that was supposed to assist her. She was a no-show. The service today was the worst , you guys have too many patients not enough help and you’re overworking those nurse practitioners .

Poor phone service, like if your trying to call them you have to 1 dig for their number an then be transferred over to your chosen location, not only that but if I didn’t call the office my self earlier the day of my appointment I probably would’ve drove 30min away from home just to turn back around because no one notified me that I was supposed to call my insurance an make one of their drs my primary an not even the dr I was scheduled to see. Also they called me the next day an tried to tell me I missed my appointment when I know that an they should’ve put it in there computers…. Ok I’m done ranting. I might’ve tried them again but I’m so far along in my pregnancy I think ima just go somewhere else
