I had to call to see about my own appointment because they never called or gave instructions on my video call which turned into an actual phone call with one of his colleagues not the doctor I booked with and they took over 30mins to send my paperwork for my doctors excuse in order to send to my job.

I was on the phone with Dr. Zoha who did the whole questionnaire before i could speak or video visit with Dr. Saad. Dr. Zoha was very efficient a great listener and asked the right questions and finally Dr. Saad took over on the phone and was clearly very busy and had no time for me, but made sure i did see him for less than a minute on the video after 30 seconds on the phone. He cut me off couple of times just to let me know that he'll follow up after the weekend and would send a script for an x-ray that i still didn't get since yesterday. So overall experience with Dr. Saad, I would say it was insignificant time wise and no interaction with him which was disappointing.
