I went in for a physical exam, and she took the time to give advice with some other health issues I'm facing.
I will absolutely return to see her for future visits to the doctor.

I scheduled an initial consultation as I had just moved to the area, and went again for a follow-up. At my initial consultation, Dr. Gross referred to my chronic gastroenterological condition as "poo-poo problems." I have a good understanding of medical terminology surrounding my condition and felt belittled, but shrugged it off at first. I told her that I would prefer to use basic medical terminology to describe my condition and symptoms. Then, she referred to another issue as "pee-pee problems" at the next appointment.
I also asked for referrals to specialists for my conditions, and was given paper printouts with numbers to call myself. When I called to schedule appointments, I discovered that the specialists she had referred me to did not even treat the conditions I was referred for. It was a headache and a half trying to navigate the Presence Medical Group system myself.
Dr. Klor Gross means well, but she didn't treat me with the respect that every patient deserves. I didn't feel that I was taken seriously, or even confident that Dr. Gross understood what she was talking about since she could not use basic medical terminology.
