Absolutely awful! Appointment was set for 2:15pm waited until 2:45p on zoom and was told she was unable to be reached she was with another client. Then at 3:00pm was told she could connect with me now. Went back to the zoom and waited another 18 minutes for her not to show up AGAIN and then disconnect the meeting.
