I use Humanistic therapy to help you connect with your authentic self and values, while CBT allows us to look at and gently shift patterns of thought that might be causing stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy, which helps to guide us in understanding how past experiences shape present emotions, helping you gain a deeper self-awareness. I also specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, and EFT, which are scientifically proven to be effective in treating PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and Impulse Control issues. My focus I work primarily with adults on issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, anger management, codependency and boundaries, low self-esteem, life transitions, and postpartum depression/anxiety. My communication style I work with my clients to create an open, safe environment where thoughts can feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe therapy should feel safe and collaborative, so in our sessions, I prioritize creating a compassionate space where you’re encouraged to speak openly about your experiences, whether it’s a tough week or a big breakthrough.
