As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master's in Nursing from Yale University and a Master's in Social Work from the University at Albany, along with over a decade of experience in addiction treatment, I bring a warm, compassionate, and often humorous approach to care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered and heard.
I practice integrative psychiatry, offering a thoughtful mix of medication management and therapy to address the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. I believe the relationship between provider and patient is the foundation of good care, built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life's many transitions, I'll meet you where you are with respect and curiosity. I offer telehealth services only, making it easier and more accessible to get the care you deserve from the comfort of your own space. Elizabeth was kind and professional, it has been a really positive experience. She is compassionate, attentive, and creates a space where I feel safe and understood. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always takes the time to listen and talk through things with care. Her support has made a real difference in how I manage my mental health. I would absolutely recommend her.

Ms Light was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to listen to my needs and perceptions while carefully guiding me through the healing process. She respected my boundaries but challenged me to explore the perimeter of my comfort zone- all the while making me feel safe and heard. I cannot say enough for her, I was struggling with feeling hopeless and defeated but she gave me my power back in a way I’ve never experienced with another provider. If you’re questioning whether or not it’s the right move, I encourage you to meet with her just once to see if she can help you too.
