While she, as a doctor, seemed very kind and competent, and her nurse was equally kind and competent, I felt that the visit went into the can at the very end. After leaving to have a strep test completed, Dr Neal did not come back, and her nurse simply came in to say the test was negative and therefore my ailment was viral. After that, she simply left. It would have been nicer for the doctor to come back, deliver the information, and perhaps offer some ideas for homeopathic relief solutions, or something. Plus, I had other questions for the doctor unrelated to my sore throat, but when she left to have the strep kit tested she went on to the next patient.
