Dr. Ellie Yelding-Sloan was incredibly attentive, very professional and just seemed to actually care. She listened to me and didn't make me feel like I was going to have to fight to advocate for my own health, like so many other doctors do.
I would absolutely recommend her to other women. She's always LGBTQ+ friendly and pro women not being on birth control if they don't want to be (which is in fact, incredibly rare)!

New patient experience. Office assistant was pleasant and helpful, and form wasn't overly long. After a short wait, I was taken to meet Ellie. She was pleasant, friendly, and thoroughly professional, taking the time to get my complete story. Arranged for chest X-ray across the street, and sent a prescription to Costco, also gave me a free sample. She called late in the day with chest X-ray results as promised. Will have a follow-up visit in a week. All in all it was one of the best medical experiences I have had. She gets my highest recommendation.

I saw Dr. Yelding-Sloan as a new patient in the midst of recovery from a traumatic car accident and did not find her to be a good fit for me, during that time.
I had never really experienced anything of that calibre, nor the impacts it can have on mental health and she was rough with me about things I was experiencing being all “in my head”. This was before I understood or had been diagnosed with PTSD — but she didn’t take the time to discuss mental health with me at all.
She seemed like a good person and competent professional but my needs at the time and my being a new patient for her seemed to exceed the capabilities of her practice. I would not and have not, returned.

Dr. Sloan was very kind and an active listener when it came to my symptoms and lifestyle. She asked great questions about my overall health which made me feel like she really cared about my well-being and wanted to make sure I left her office feeling good. I would highly recommend her to any females who are looking for someone they trust and can go to for nearly anything.

Dr. Ellie was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. However, the wait time of 45 MINUTES (!!!) for a 15 minute appointment was totally unacceptable, especially given that I could see the doctor walking around and she wasn't with a patient (which is what I was told by the receptionist).
Don't recommend going back just because this clinic doesn't seem to be respectful of patients' time.

I booked the appointment through Zoc Doc and showed up about 10 minutes early. I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment time to finally get called back but once I was it was great! Dr. Yelding-Sloan was very thorough with my background and family history. We spent about 20 minutes talking and then I was done.

Fantastic, calm doctor who made me feel at ease despite my being rather nervous that what I had was an STI. I didn't feel awkward with her despite our being different genders. Very professional and very warm, and also rational about the shots/pills I took for travel, telling me that there was no point getting shots for one particular disease as they wouldn't be effective in time.
Overall, I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Great!
