She helped me understand nutritional labels when I used her consulting services before and during college. Helping me understand what foods are best to eat during certain times of the day.
She also helped me plan tasty well-balanced meals to ensure my energy levels to support learning and to maintain a healthy weight and with respect to my leanings toward a vegetarian, vegan lifestyle.
Mrs. Smith is very knowledgeable about a number of subjects within her profession and very professional in helping you achieve your goals. She is very responsive in her communication and extremely thorough in her approach. I am happy to write this review for her as a happy client and highly recommend her!

She's knowledgeable, compassionate and has provided me with information and tools about nutrition, that has helped to improve my lifestyle and eating habits.
