I arrived on time at 1:00 pm and was told that the doctor would not be here until 2:30 pm and that they would have us all out the office by 5:30-6:00 pm and it was about 15 people sitting in the waiting room to see the same Doctor. This was very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time.

The wait time was disgusting. I had a 600pm that was changed to 645 same day as appointment. I got there at 645pm and was not seen til 945. Never again.

When you finally get to see Dr. Walker, she is kind and approachable, but you have to wait more than two plus hours to actually see her. I was told that on the day of my visit this was due to extenuating circumstances, however based on other feedback, I see that this is the norm. The office itself seems to be in a battle; computer vs. mountains of paper. It took two people to locate the forms i needed to fill out and they were located under a pile of unrelated documents. This is oppose to prescrpitions being computerized and sent to the pharmacy of your choosing. Would I go back? Probably not, with no organization, no real waiting room, and wait times that exceeded two hours, I think I can find another doc with a good bedside manner.
