Doctor Alfonso is friendly; however he does not seem to be very knowledgeable. He is all about numbers and does not seem to care about patient's concerns. I went to his office several times during a course of two weeks, and every time I saw him it felt like the first time. I had to tell my situation all over! It was so frustrating. He Was never prepare to answer my questions and concerns.

When doctor told me about a referral he kept me waiting almost a week and a half for it .. Told me I was going to receive an email which I never had .. Yesterday someone called me from the doctors for an appt I wasn't aware about ... But is all good, just happy not going there no more ... It was okay ... I also asked for a letter proof of pregnancy for work together w referral and never got it ...

Doctor Alfonso was knowledgeable, responsive and very pleasant. So happy to have him as my gynecology. He explain what was going on and also the steps I had to take to get better. It is assistants were extremely kind. I would defenely recommend him
