I was seeking a doctor to talk about getting on anti-depressants so naturally the subject matter is a little sensitive. This doctor didn’t even introduce herself at the top of the call, was just reading from a screen a set of questions. Didn’t seem to have any genuine care about my well-being. Because there was zero personal connection, it was hard for me to trust her recommendation for a prescription.
Not only that, but when there were issues with my pharmacy getting the prescription, it was impossible to contact my doctor, let alone ANYONE within this doctor’s office. The best I could do was to talk to a bot and I tried my best to get transferred to a person to chat with, there was zero information provided about wait times. And when I exited the app, I lost my chat history and had to start over.
