The NP Khristen Patel was very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. Appointment was for my son but she allowed me to be inside the room and discuss his issues and my concerns so I’m so glad she was willing to listen to me as well and understood my point of view as a mother. We were able to do blood work and get medication prescribed so I couldn’t be happier about our experience. I will recommend this practice to my family and friends, thank you!

I would NOT go back to this facility. The doctor, Krishna Patel, was wonderful! Her nurse, Lily, on the other hand was not friendly. She took my blood work and I started to pass out. I made her aware that I’m susceptible to passing out before taking my blood and she did not seem to care. I told her I was about to pass out and asked for crackers. She handed me a juice box and said that this would be good enough. She then proceeded to tell me she would be across the hall but would crack the door if I needed anything. I continued to stay in the room for 15 minutes, in and out of consciousness while in a cold sweat. She never came back to check on me. I drove to the facility so I ended up having to sit in my car for another 15 minutes to be able to regain my vision fully back. I hate to write this review because Krishna was great but after that experience I will not be a returning customer.

A month ago I booked an appointment with Dr. Renata Gazzi-Johnson, but after booking I saw my appointment was with Krishna. The appointment was for pain on my lower right side. She ordered scans and bloodwork. It turned out to be a kidney stone. She was so thorough! After meeting Krishna I knew she was going to be my new primary care doctor. I recently saw her for my annual physical. She is truly a great choice to have as a primary care provider. She gives options and lets you choose what works best for you!

Dr. Patel was nice but everything felt so impersonal and so routine which didn’t help when I already don’t enjoy going to the doctor. I don’t think the nurse ever said “how are you” or anything reassuring/welcoming . she may have been having a hard day which i get but it definitely made me feel like some

Outstanding Care from Krishna Patel, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Krishna Patel! From the moment I walked into the clean, welcoming office, I felt like I was in good hands. Her bedside manner was exceptional—kind, patient, and truly understanding. Unlike other offices where I've felt dismissed or rushed, Krishna Patel took the time to listen to every concern I had. She made sure to ask if there was anything else on my mind, even after I'd already mentioned quite a few issues.
What really stood out was how thorough she was with my blood work. Not only did she run all the necessary tests, but she also didn't hesitate to order the ones I requested, ensuring nothing was overlooked.
The front desk staff was also a pleasant surprise friendly, helpful, and far from the frustrating experiences I've had at other clinics. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you've dealt with doctors in the past who seem to disregard your concerns.

Dr. Patel and the Innovative Care staff were very friendly and professional.
If you're looking for a primary that takes Aetna, Dr. Patel at Innovative is a great option. This is the third primary doctor I've seen in the last year and Dr. Patel is the first one that I felt took me seriously. Very respectful doctor.
I visited for a check-up, was called up in 5-10 minutes. I was weighed and had my vitals taken. I then waited another 5-10 minutes before meeting Dr. Patel. Without feeling rushed, we discussed my health background and reason for visiting. Her assistant then gave me a flu shot and took a blood sample. My results were available 24 hours later.
The patient room was clean and the lobby had a stocked mini-fridge and coffee station. The receptionists check you in and have you file any forms needed as you wait to be called.
This location has secure bike parking with a bike post is immediately across from the lobby.
Rating: 4 / 5 - Decent for general purposes.

The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere stood out during my visit. There was not much diversity, but this is America. I do not mind who sees me for my visit. Nevertheless, if a nurse practitioner is going to see me, they should not say a doctor will because that is considered a poor advertisement.

As someone with a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctors, coming into a place with such friendly staff is such a relief. The wait time was minimal both in the waiting room and when switching off between nurse and pcp. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
