Originally couldn’t get an appointment for almost a month, but the office reached out to me with a time slot for the very next day after viewing my initial appointment request. I believe that Dr. Bantz really cares about his patients. He is kind. Even though he was extremely busy the day that I saw him he took the time to listen to me. From what I had read the visit was supposed to take 11/2 to 2 hours. At the end of the time he still hadn't figured out what my problem was he asked me if I had time or if I was busy. I told him that I had the time. Dr. Bantz spent another hour instead making me come back and at the end of that time he had my problem figured out and told me the treatment for it. I am feeling oh so much better thanks to Dr. Bantz and I've already recommended him to my son in law who has skin problems.

The office visit went smoothly. The doctor, nurses, and receptionist were professional and friendly. The only recommendation I have is to take more time in explaining the medication expectations after all the testing is complete. Since my grandson was being tested for food allergies and asthma, the appointment was a few hours long. I felt everything before and during the testing was great; but after the testing was over, I felt a little rushed (since we had been there so long). But this time is extremely important to ensure a thorough understanding on how to care for your child.
