I would fire everyone that works at that front desk. I find them nothing but rude and unprofessional. It's one thing to take the time and enter all the information about yourself on line, then have to show up and do it again, and verify, only to have staff enter the room and ask questions about what you just took valuable time to enter...well to me, that is a total waste of customer's time. And it also shows very little initiative by employees to "pull" the chart or file. Everyone is walking around with a laptop? You don't have access to one? That is just stupid.
And the fact of mandating a paper mask to be seen by a medical professional is just absurd. Keep the "Covid Theater" going. Masks do not work, been proven over and over again.
