Our greatest accomplishments involve conquering our fears and insecurities. Sometimes fear and shame keep us stuck and prevent us from achieving the lives we desire. My job is to help you shift your cognition and explore your inner self to develop insights into what keeps you stuck. This heightened self-awareness can precipitate mental breakthroughs, leading to a more enjoyable, meaningful life. Having earned my PhD in Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and having been on this personal journey myself, my passion and purpose is to guide others down this path.
I work with individuals and couples using psychodynamic, intersubjective, and cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients explore their inner workings, heighten self-awareness, and promote healing and growth. My goal is to provide a safe environment where clients can unlock their potential and achieve the lives they desire.
