Dr. Syers was extremely pleasant I have been so desperate to get an ultrasound I have gone to 2 other doctors and there was always a reason they had to send me somewhere or reschedule. This doctors office got me in right away and I had an ultrasound on site they were able to get me one that day!! I have been so worried this entire 4 months I've been pregnant because I just had a miscarriage a couple months before I became pregnant with this child so I have been scheduling appointments just to make sure that there was a heart beat for almost 4 months and I was finally able to put my mind at ease and know that my baby is okay I am so happy and excited!

The office visit was incredibly brief. I explicitly stated that I was booking my exam in order to get a refill of my birth control. I did not receive a full exam, which was fine with me. After my visit however, I received a bill for the exam as well as an office visit. After calling to find out why I had a balance for a yearly preventative visit that is fully covered by my insurance but the separate "office visit" was not, I was told this was due to the cost for my prescription. I was told that the exam does not include the 30 seconds it took for the doctor to write the prescription for me and this was an additional fee, of which my insurance did not fully cover. I have never had to pay an additional fee or had my insurance charged separately for a prescription for my birth control. I will not be going back to this office.
