Tyanne Tuyen Van, DNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C, TMBE, is a Doctorally-prepared Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator, the founder of COMPASSIONATE BREASTFEEDING, and the owner of LOTUS FAMILY CARE, specializing in Family Medicine. Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, Dr. Tyanne Van delivers high-quality comprehensive care to patients and their family through primary care prevention as well as management of acute and chronic conditions, including managing diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. Dr. Tyanne Van also specializes in Weight Loss Management and Testosterone Replacement Therapy to meet the specific needs of the patients.
As a Certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator, Dr. Tyanne offers an online breastfeeding education and support through a group program, individual program and 1:1 breastfeeding consultation for complex cases. NP was very nice and attentive. I noticed I had to advocate for my health more than I’d like. She was more worried about treatment I was receiving from another doctor than for the reason I was visiting her. I had to ask for certain blood test to be done instead of her suggesting them. When I got my results she told me we would check in 6months and see if things got better and to start running but I’m still in pain. I’m changing providers asap.

Amazing experience so far! I would recommend if you ever had doctors that wanted you in and out fast. Dr. Van listened to my issue and took time to explain everything. She’s now my PCP because of it

I always enjoy my visit with Dr. Van. She is always conscientious and attentive. She takes her time with her patients and you never feel hurried. I love that she treats me as an individual instead of just another patient.
