The two doctors that helped me were amazing, understanding, and compassionate. I would recommend them. However, the short blonde lady that helped me before they came in the room asked me questions about why I thought I had ADHD. I told her why and she said, “That doesn’t count.” to a few things I said in regards to why I thought I had ADHD. It made me feel real uncomfortable. I am placing myself in a vulnerable situation asking for help and I hope the next person doesn’t have to deal with her. I would be more reluctant to seek help if I had to continue to deal with her.
Office staff seemed a bit annoyed with the patients and just overall.. it made the office vibe pretty uncomfortable, no one really spoke and nothing was explained well. Felt like I was being hurried out. Provider seemed nice, not much personality to go off the office vibe was just very off with everyone.
I got right in, which was nice. This appointment was just an initial yearly check up visit, so I was mostly just referred for a lot of additional tests, which were scheduled quickly and easily. I'll be able to leave a more thorough review after the final consultation appointment.
