There was difficulty communicating with the receptionist. The office didn't provide me my results until I asked for it. Dr. Chen herself is really good and knowledgeable.

Dr. Chen has rigorous training. In addition to family medicine, I truly appreciate she expands her scope into medical aesthetics. ZocDoc doesn't allow me to get into more details. I just want to say that it works and it's well done. I think it's better than bigger medical groups, where the injections are done by less-experienced professionals. Dr. Esther Chen is very professional. She is very modest and didn't advertise much, but she is truly great.
I also feel it's convenient to have a one-stop place for hormone imbalance treatment, immigration exams, EKG, etc. I feel it's like patient's home.

The office is located across from El Camino Hospital Los Gatos. My initial experience was pretty good so far. It usually takes a long time for establish a relationship with a physician. I am also conservative in giving reviews. I probably will continue to come here, and upgrade my reviews after I have more data points.

Dr. Esther Chen is great. It seems many good doctors are in the Los Gatos area. I wish she were closer to where I work (in Sunnyvale), but it's worth the driving. I feel I am in good hands.

I visited Dr Chen at her previous clinic many times. It was always good experience. She's patient and knowledgable and care about my concerns. I would recommend anyone to have her as family doctor.

Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable. I feel more comfortable coming to Dr. Esther Chen's office than going to a big medical organization. I feel strong connection with the doctor and the staff. I also know that I'll be referred to a strong network of specialists if Dr. Chen thinks I need to see specialists. Dr. Chen is very organized. Even though the office visit usually wasn't long, she covered all that I needed to know.
In addition to general medicine, I know that Dr. Chen also has expertise on Botox and filler injections. Some of my friends got very good results and didn't experience down time after the procedure (i.e. they can go back to their normal life the next day).

Dr. Chen is experienced. I got the prescriptions that I needed. The EMR has a secure patient portal so that patients can send messages to the staff/provider and see lab results, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this doctor.
