I'm not a fan of the new medicine which breezes through a patient as a list of drugs and fast assessments. Dr. Frankel is experienced and careful. She listens and yet is uncompromising in her treatments. I am glad and grateful to be under her care.

While Dr Frankel is fine, I had to wait almost two hours to have a simple blood draw. The Mt Sinai phlebotomy services are absolutely terrible - you cannot make an appt, it was unclean and wholly understaffed.
