*Video visits for patients currently in NY, NJ, and CT states only.
* $100 fee for no-show or cancelling/rescheduling without 24 business hours’ notice.

*We do not take workers’ compensation insurance (work-related illness) and no-fault car insurance (auto accident-related cases).

McCall is a Certified Physician Assistant, born and raised in Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and went on to receive her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University in Iowa in 2021. Since then, she moved to Boise, Idaho, where she worked in urgent care. She and her fianc? recently relocated to NYC and are excited to explore all that the city has to offer.
She has a passion for creating trusting relationships with her patients and enjoys the ?continuity? aspect of primary care. McCall practices evidence-based medicine but prioritizes listening to her patients and providing them with simple and sensible medical advice.
In her free time, McCall enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new cuisines, going on walks, running, hiking, and skiing.

1. Even though my infection symptoms were obvious and quite severe, the provider didn’t prescribe any treatment during my visit. She only spent a very short time taking a lab sample and then sent me away. It felt like I paid for nothing.

3. When the lab results came back, I was told that I had to book another appointment just to get treatment, which meant paying another fee.

Basically a fake doctors office. Don’t take notes and have no idea what appointments their patients are there for. Waste of money and insurance. Probably just rob insurance companies through co-pays and then force patients to come back because they didn’t listen the first time.

McCall Helstrom was fantastic! I arrived at the office and everything was clean and neat! The front desk employees were kind and caring to my needs. The waiting area was simple and sleek, and paperwork was easy to fill out as a new patient. Checking in with simple through a tablet. I was brought into a room just 5 to 10 minutes after I arrived early to my appointment time. I was asked a few questions, and waited another minute or two before McCall came in to greet me. Everything that was discussed was great and brought insight into what I needed.
I would definitely recommend to anyone in need!
