Dr. Ramos-Gonzales received her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University before receiving her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She completed her residency training at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso. Dr. Ramos-Gonzales is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Evangeline Ramos-Gonzales seemed great when I met with her. However her after care follow up is awful. It’s been almost 8 days since my results came in (I called and ask) and almost two weeks since my appointment and she has yet to review them and give me a call to let me know if everything was okay. Every time I call, they either say that she has yet to review my results or that they would call me back that day (which they never did). I find this unprofessional because let’s say I did have an illness, I could have started treatment already — and if I don’t, they could have saved me anxiety. I will not go back to her, and I would not recommend her because of this.

The office notified me that Dr. Ramos-Gonzales would be running behind which I greatly appreciated. I went in and was called in shortly after filling out paperwork. The waiting areas are very nice and comfortable. Dr. Ramos-Gonzales was very informative and helpful in regards to all the questions I had for her. Will definitely be returning!

When i checked in i was informed that Dr. Ramos was 2 hours behind schedule. That was annoying considering how late she was running someone from the front desk could have called me to let me know earlier and we could have rescheduled a new appointment over the phone.
