Dr. Siddiqui received his medical degree from Ross University went on to complete an internship in General Surgery and a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Siddiqui focuses primarily on musculoskeletal medicine, such as the lower back pain, neck pain, disc herniation, hip, shoulder, and knee pain, as a result of injury, trauma, or degenerative joint disease.
Dr. Siddiqui performs trigger point injection for muscular pain, intra-articular (joint injection), viscous supplementation for degenerative joint disease, and tendon sheath injection for tendinitis, etc. All these injections are given with or without ultrasound guidance and under local anesthesia. Moreover, the diagnosis and treatment plan also includes a thorough physical examination, followed by imaging studies, NCS/EMG, and treatment which includes medication (non-narcotic), physical therapy, exercise, acupuncture, and injection(s).

I went there due to my severe back problems. He and his receptionist was very nice but his office was too small and no privacy during therapy. I probably will not go again

Visited with pain in my achilles tendon and figured to treat this as a sports injury as I run and bike. My ankle was never truly examined and I was not given a diagnosis on what exactly was wrong but was told that I needed to strengthen with physical therapy, in the form of electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy. I still did not know what was wrong but was told to treat by coming in twice a week for this therapy. Was not given any stretches or things to do at home.
The office did not feel welcoming or professional, the desk is way in the back, the area where I was "treated was a bed behind a curtain near where people could walk in the front door, not very private. I felt like the pads for electrotherapy were just reused, so that felt kind of icky. And the ultrasound therapy, they just slathered the goo on, and didn't really seem to clean it off after use, just a wipe of the instrument with their glove, also icky. The office and treatment areas just didn't feel clean, professional, or comfortable, which are pretty important things in a medical office.
I went and got a second opinion elsewhere with an actual diagnosis of what is wrong with my ankle.

I thought the visit was very interesting. Everybody was very agreeable. The whole entire staff was very cooperate. Dr. Siddiqui is a great doctor. He listens, takes times to explain things and never rushes you out the door. He won't rush you on to prescription drugs that you don't need. I highly recommend this doctor to everybody.

When this clinic was opened I was one of the very first patient. I have multiple aches and everytime I have any pain I just run to this office and get treatment. Dr. Siddiqui is the most compassionate, knowledgeable and caring physician I have ever encountered. There is short waiting time and it's nearby my house. The Doctor knows my problems and treats them rapidly. The treatment is really good, specially the injections, they really help a lot and your pain free for a long term.

I have tried therapy from so many different places but nothing was helping my shoulder pain. I was referred to this doctor by my PCP. After a few sessions of therapy the doctor gave me an injection. I'm a construction worker and on daily bases, I have to lift heavy things. The injection have really helped me and I'm very satisfied with the treatment I was given. I brought my wife and after a few sessions of therapy and injection she is feeling much better. I have recommended this doctor to so many of my friends.

Last year, I twisted my foot and I thought I had broken it. So one day when I was passing by this clinic I noticed the signs. As I entered the office, the staff welcome me and treated me very politely. Dr. Siddiqui was very nice and listened to me thoroughly. He suggested that I should try therapy. The therapy helped me a lot and after a few weeks I was able to walk normal again. Throughout my therapies, the doctor was very understanding and helpful.. In my opinion, the doctor is very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this doctor to my families and friends.

I highly recommend this doctor. I, myself, am a cardiac fellow and I know how to treat patients nicely. He spent a lot of time and explained and listened to everything thoroughly. He is very excellent and very professional.

I highly recommend people to visit this office. I don't have to wait to be seen. Dr. Siddiqui is very professional and treats every patient with kindness and respect. He takes the time to review and explain test results in very detail to his patients. He has a wonderful staff. He is one of the kindest, and most caring doctors I have ever met in my life.
