Dr. Chen was thorough and patient, and explained every step of the process to me, even opening up web pages on her laptop to show me further details and answer my questions fully. Flora's experience in hospital medicine, urgent care, primary care and nursing home care with stints at Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Kaiser Permanente give her a broad background to work with many health conditions.
