The receptionist staff and overall building left little to be desired. As I waiting I thought I’d probably not come back here. But Dr Syed completely changed my option. She was warm and made me feel welcomed instantly. She was patient and kind. Would definitely recommend.

I'd recommend this doctor but in any other locations maybe. They booked my appointment at 1:15pm though they call me to confirm saying she actually doesn't come before 2:00pm. Every new time I go they raise my co payments, when my insurance covers anywhere else why do I need to pay it? Just to hear my results this is ridiculous . If they don't work good with insurance they are at least supposed to let you know over the phone. I never had problems, and never had co payments with my current insurance. Won't never go there again. This office caused me a lot of problems

Waiting room was small and hectic, but after I checked in I only waited about 15 minutes. Dr. Fouzia was kind, going through my medications and what I needed (referrals) quickly. Frustrating that I have to return for the referrals but otherwise it was a good experience.

I got to Dr. Fouzia Syed office at 4:30PM. I filled out all my paper work. They told me I have to pay a co payment . I had a difference card dollars which pays for half of what I owe. Her assistants told me they do not take credit cards. I did not see any signs in her facility stating cash only nor was it mentioned on her page .If knew that before hand I would not have booked her.

Dr. Syed was great, although some of her understanding of my medical history was inaccurate (example, recorded a deceased relative inaccurately). She's polite, professional, and helpful. The negatives of my visit were that 1) you have to pay the co-pay in cash, and 2) the wait time was long and the overall reception interaction felt impersonal.

Dr. was very nice and sweet however the receptionist(s) can have a better attitude.
They seemed very impatient and had me feel uncomfortable talking to them due to their attitude. It also seemed like it was a problem that I didn't have change for my co pay. The receptionist didn't even look at me when giving back change. Very uncomfortable.

I like Dr. Fouzia Syed very much--she is kind, knowledgable, and really seems to listen. Also, she gave me a shot (vaccination), and it was virtually painless. From my two visits so far, I'd highly recommend her.

The doctor is nice enough, but not terribly thorough or exceptionally helpful. The staff are just checked out. They don't respect the patients and make you wait to check your insurance every time you go there. I'm not planning on going back.

The receptionists are very unhelpful & the dr wouldn’t give me a script until I got a pregnancy test even though I am not pregnant and will not get my period for 2 months because of my birth control. Overall, very friendly and nice woman but I will never go there again as I left without the prescription for what I came in for & was symptomatic of. — waste of time and money.

I had an unpleasant experience from start to finish. The receptionists in the waiting room let others skip ahead of me while was waiting in line to get seen (they seemed to have recognized each other, so it seemed like preference was given). Dr. Syed was kind, though she did have some homophobic and opinionated things to say about some of the standard questions youd expect from a doctor (i.e. Relating to sexual history). She borderline shamed me for being a former smoker and drinker. I also didnt get a prescription refilled the way my previous doctor used to because it felt like she didn't think it was right for me to get it. I am unhappy with the treatment I received and wish that I could have gone somewhere else.
