I am a fresh and new Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. With a passion for wholesome and balanced nutrition, I strive to find the best diet for each individual, working together to manage preferences, lifestyle factors, and goals. I completed my undergraduate degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and completed my dietetic internship at San Francisco State University. My most recent experiences includes primarily hospital inpatient and collegiate sports nutrition. I strive to get my clients to understand the WHY behind nutrition, and look forward to nourishing their bodies to be their best selves. We will hopefully bring an enjoyable mindset to your health and nutrition journey!
