I combine my knowledge in nutritional psychology and health psychology to guide my clients toward mind-body wellness. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, health issues, chronic pain, insomnia, addiction, or emotional sequelae after injury or medical diagnoses, I can help. If your goal is to use more than just talk therapy and truly heal both your mind and body through nutrition, relaxation training, guidance/support, and lifestyle changes, you're in the right place! As a licensed psychologist and yoga instructor, I have developed a holistic approach to mental health and treatment.
I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University, which has equipped me with the skills to address mental health comprehensively. I seek to eliminate your symptoms and improve your mental health by treating the root cause using behavioral medicine, lifestyle changes, mindful practices, and food as medicine. Taking that first step to change your life and heal patterns for good can be challenging.
It can be tough to seek support while overcoming a medical condition or suffering from chronic pain. My approach is far from ordinary-by combining psychotherapy with nutritional guidance, lifestyle changes, and mindful practices, I can assure you of fast, effective results. I am currently offering video counseling only.
