Very compassionate towards the complex issues our family is facing, attentive and quick to send prescriptions and respond to questions, easily available between appointments when crisis arises and speaks in a caring, down to earth manner.

She has always been there no matter what time you need help. She’s very flexible and willing to work around YOUR schedule and is very understanding.

They are given a grace period of 10 minutes to show up to the appointment but after 20 minutes she still never showed up. We didn’t get a call, email or even a text that she couldn’t make it.
