Dr. Smith was great. I have very painful bunions on both feet and he did an excellent job of going over all my options to treat them. Ultimately, we found a solution that has helped immensely without me having to get surgery. I highly recommend him!

I went in for a fairly routine procedure, the doctor was friendly and personable and set me at ease. I estimate that the whole procedure took less than an hour not including the 20 minute wait. All in all I was very impressed especially considering that I made the appointment mere hours before being seen.

Dr. Smith was great. A little blunt, but great.
The front office at the clinic is a disaster. First, the wait for my apt. was over 30 minutes. When I arrived, nobody was at the front desk for about 10 minutes, which seriously delayed everything.
Second, and more importantly, the office lied or has serious issues communicating both with me and my insurance company. I have great (Cadillac-style) insurance with no deductible. I needed a pair of orthotics and the front office said they would call my insurance to see if they were covered. They called me hours after my appointment saying that I had a high deductible and that my orthotics would not be covered until that deductible was met. One call to my insurance company proved this was not true and that they had no record of a phonecall from the doctors office. In the end, my insurance called the office and worked everything out for me, but that isn't how it should be done. This does make me question the competence and thoroughness of the front office.

I always appreciate having chose Dr. Smith as my podiatrist. I selected him over 20 years ago , and I still am pleased with his expertise and quick diagnosis of my ailments. In addition, I really appreciate that the office staff, from doctor assistants to administrative staff are all very knowledgeable of their area of team support, and very responsive to patient needs.
p.s...I only rated bedside manner as 4 stars because he has to move quickly between patients. However, this have never interfered with my satisfaction in service.

This was my first time in this office. The office staff as well as Dr. Smith was very courtesy and professional. Dr.Smith diagnosed my issue and gave me insight when selecting proper running shoes. I was quite pleased with Dr. Smith.

I am the former spouse of the patient, who is currently in one of the purgatories, I mean Assisted Living. I am a hypochondriac, not a doctor,but i knew right away that he needed a Podiatrist. I got on the internet (how we lived without it 20 years ago is beyond my comprehension) and registered with ZocDoc. Within 15 minutes,I texted the patient to get ready for an appt. with Dr.Smith 2 hrs later. That was incredibly fast and Dr.Smith and his team were incredibly nice and competent. They all helped the patient get an appt. with a wound care center, incredibly on the same day. The surgeon there told the patient that he was lucky he got his condition attended to in a nick of time but he cannot resume physical therapy for quite a while. That is a small price to pay. I am grateful for ZocDoc and those nice and competent physicians who haven't forgotten the Hippocratic oath.

My visit was great. He had an xray done immediately and outfitted me with all the proper equipment. His staff is awesome. I was offered a drink ( water, soda, lemonade) within 5 minutes and the ladies continuously checked on me as I was there for over an hour, even providing me with a clip board for my papers. This is the most accomodating and knowledgeable ( both from a technical and insurance perspective ) staff I have ever dealth with. They already had my paperwork I completed online. Dr Smith was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my issue, treatment and follow up and checked in multiple times during my visit. I would definitely recommend him.
