About Dr. Francisco Moreno
Dr. Francisco Moreno has been gently addressing the needs of infants, children and adolescents for over 32 years. Although his main focus is wellness of his patients, he has a special interest in neonatology, preventive medicine and hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder. He is an avid outdoors man, who enjoys hiking, mountain climbing, and astronomy.
Dr. Moreno is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. A graduate of the National Autonomous University and the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr Moreno conducted his pediatric internship at Scott and White Memorial Hospital and his pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine - Texas Children's Hospital.
He also held the position of Chief of Pediatrics at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital from 1990 - 1993, 1997 and 2001.

Dr. Moreno is great when/if you get to see him. The always over book appointments and rarely are even close to actual appointment time. They started using zocdoc recently and when you schedule via this and show up they say it's not a guaranteed appointment and I'd have to just sit and wait and hope something opens up, so basically they are double booking.

Everyone was great, the front desk clerk was not very helpful with explaining the up charge for the sick child visit. But at check out that clerk gave me a much better explanation and offered a credit or refund for the adjustment. My daughters box love dr.moreno.
