Dr. Frank is my primary physician. I usually call schedule a appointment however, I decided to use this site. When I got there I was told that they do not accept ZocDoc appointments (confused as to how is that possible since I scheduled on here)but I was seen anyway.

The only thing i have to say is about one of the medical assistants. I know we all go through tough times. I don't think its advisable for them to assist doctors, take temperatures, blood work etc, when they are in a bad mood. This can cause lots of mistakes and to cause a huge problem. Thanks

This doctor changed locations and by doing this I was forced to make an appointment to see the doctor to get refilled. took me three weeks to get an appointment even if I said it was an emergency. I received a call the day of the appointment to informing me that the doctor has to perform a C-section when I come in early. I quickly agreed and left my job early rush to the appointment only to find out that the doctor had left already. His very unprofessional staff never had the common decency to call me let me know that the doctor is not here. So there I am no refill and about yo go on a two week vacation. Love the Doctor, but his workers make him look unprofessional and I am currently looking for a new doctor.

Professional enough. Decent bedside manners. Soft spoken. All in all, it was not an excellent experience, but it was satisfactory.

Ridiculously long wait time of 1.5 hours, no concern for patient's time and it was obvious that they intentionally overbook appointments (I arrived a half hour early). No apology from doctor for long wait. Doctor was rushed and recommended me to Planned Parenthood (I don't need clinic services) rather than another gyn. Disappointing experience.

The front desk staff was nice and welcoming although they were very upset I didnt have a physical insurance card, even though i had every bit of information they needed.
The doctors visit and exam was a little rough, and i was sore for a bit after, more than three weeks later, I finally get my test results back and they want me to come in for a follow up visit. I have been reading their yelp reviews and other patients have been saying that they have been brought in for follow up, after follow up trying to make more copayments and i wish i could just discuss them in a different manner, unless there are further tests that need to be run.
I will probably search for a new obgyn soon.
