My appointment was fine and I had no problems but my son's appointment was a nightmare. It was not the Doctor's fault but some how the appointment he had made and had received an email confirming the appointment was lost by either the office or your computer system. This resulted in a 2 hour wait before my son was able to see the Doctor. His appointment was for 2:45 PM and we did not get out of the office until 5:30 PM.
