I went in for a physical exam but had questions due to an issue I had the week prior where I was given tests at another hospital. The hospital failed to send me my test results and it seemed that they were lost. No matter what I tried I ran into a dead end. I mentioned this to Gail and she immediately got on the phone made a bunch of calls to various departments that dealt with me, and escalated the issue to each of their managers in order to recover my lost test results.
Gail is very communicative, helpful, understanding, and shows a passion for her work. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I've never experienced such great service!

Gail Ingram, NP may be the best primary care provider I've ever been to. She is knowledgeable, considerate, exceptionally thorough, and actually spends time with you to understand and address your medical issues. Sometimes you may have to wait to see her, but that's only because she spends quality time with her patients. Plus, she has a personality--how many NPs do you know that drove an El Camino? Highly recommended.

I absolutely LOATE any doctor/nurse. To the point where I call my mom while I have blood taken (and I'm 24). Nurse Practitioner Ingram, as well as the nurse that assisted her, were completely amazing. I was prescribed medication for bronchitis, and NP Ingram explained in layman's terms why I could not stop coughing, what each medication would do, and asked me if I was comfortable with each medication (such as a steroid-based medication). She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I have never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office. I actually enjoyed my time there, which is a first for me. I recommended NP Ingram to a co-worker, who recently had an appointment and had a great experience as well.

Simply put, Gail Ingram, NP is incredible. I was frustrated and fed up with my previous doctor (his office staff honestly) and made a decision to find a new office. This boutique office is perfect for my needs. Easy scheduling, friendly greeting, tremendous follow-up. Just perfect. Gail was attentive, conversational, incredibly intelligent and made me feel very comfortable throughout the examination. I honestly felt that I had finally found a friend that could help me embrace living a healthier lifestyle. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gail! She was extremely personable, warm, friendly, funny and just overall very easy to be around. We had a wonderful 45 minute conversation about my health- I never once felt rushed. Then we proceeded to the actual physical appointment.
She is just a lovely person and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care dr.
The receptionist and lab tech are also super friendly and the office is very clean. They have modern artwork in the offices and meeting rooms as well. I filled out paperwork (mostly all via an iPad!) and I was seen right @ 9am.
I've never had a better primary care cedical professional (even MDs, DOs, etc...) than Gail! :) She is a gem.

I've never found a doctor that I liked or clicked with at all, but let me tell you, I've found one that I like now. Gail is so nice, and I really appreciate that meeting with her felt more like a conversation than an assessment. I also really appreciate that it didn't feel she was talking down to me, like I've felt with most doctors. She took the time to explain everything to me, and I like that she explained things to me without making me feel incompetent, like doctors tend to do.
She was thorough and made me feel super comfortable. It felt like I was talking to someone I've known for a while, which was fabulous because 1) I wasn't in there for the most fun reason ever, and 2) I tend to have really bad anxiety. I will 100% be coming back, and I'm so relived to finally have a physician who actually cares.
Also, one more thing: their office is an awesome set up. I love that I'm not sitting on tissue paper in a freezing cold room while talking to my doctor. Instead I'm sitting in her office talking to her, and that makes it feel much more relaxing, much more pleasant, and much more personal.
