This place was much better than the order Urgent CARE company.

I waited over an hour to be seen. Once I was finally in the room and my vitals were taken the provider took another 20 minutes to come back, I was just in the room sitting there.
I was informed that there are no MD's in this facility, only PA's. This needs to be made aware to patients. I do not want to see a PA. I was told I would see a "doctor".
The medical assistant opened the door without knocking 2/2 times. One of the times I was pulling down my pants to insert a swab into my private area.
Overall I had a terrible experience and couldn't wait to get the f out of there. Worst healthcare facility I have ever been to, extremely unprofessional.

The front desk n nurse staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Unfortunately the short lady doctor was not a good listener, not smiling at all, not welcoming at all. First and the last for me. Not properly check my self.
Pls employ more dedeicated, motivated, friendly and welcoming doctors before its too late.
