Dr. Overstreet was exceptionally kind and patient. She took the time to truly listen to my questions and concerns, and the exam was very thorough. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or like my concerns were invalid. Most importantly, she was not condescending—something I have unfortunately experienced often in the medical community. I felt respected and heard throughout the entire visit.

The wait was so long that eventually the automatic lights got tired and kept cutting off while I was in there waiting. I felt gaslighted and unheard by the doctor when she did finally arrive. I tried to explain why I felt I would need stronger medication for my cramps and it seemed that she was only taking parts from my explanation to decipher that I can just do over the counter when I was telling her that over the counter was not working for me anymore. I also explained my history with eczema and needing re-up on more cream because I was currently dealing with an outbreak and she said she’ll see after checking my lab results and then she’d send it over, she sent the lab results and never bothered to call to explain the results nor did she place an eczema prescription. We really need doctors who WANT to be doctors and not doctors simply doing it for the finance.

My doctor was lovely. The Medical Offices of Manhattan, however, leave much to be desired. After I was examined, I was told to wait in the room for the doctor and after almost an hour, no one came. When I left the room, I found out that the office was closing. It was a lot of miscommunication that led to this, but they should try to alleviate this.
Additionally, it’s almost impossible to get a copy of medical and test records from the appointment. They operate something called the Patient Portal, but the information is not easily readable, and not printable at all where it could be read outside of this site. I chatted with the office and emailed multiple times to obtain this to no avail.
As much as I hoped to build a relationship with this doctor, I will not be returning because of office operations.

I loved this doctor! Dr. Overstreet has great bedside manner and the office offered many more comprehensive tests and checkups during my yearly physical that gave me greater confidence that I was getting the most out of my annual visit for d addressing current health flags and preventative wellness.

I haven’t been to the doctor in a while because after my last PCP retired I didn’t feel like I would be able to generate such a great connection again now that I am well into my adult years. Getting naked on a table with a stranger isn’t always a comfortable thing for people lol. So I am very blessed to be able to have found an environment that was warm, friendly and well informed from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I love a staff that seems very knowledgeable about their craft, from the receptionists to the MAs and ofcourse the Dr. Dr. Overstreet was a blessing to find on Zocdoc. The reviews do not do her justice. I felt comfortable to put my health concerns in her hands and confident enough that she would work with me to find suitable ways to tackle them. Visit was a 10/10 would highly recommend

I really enjoyed having Dr Overstreet as my primary doctor. She was warm, attentive and informative. This is my second time (had a different Dr the 1st time and she was just as lovely!) at this clinic and the experience has always been exceptional. It doesn’t hurt that you can get your labs done right next door as well. Extremely detailed annual exam, highly recommended!

I was called to the back very quickly after I arrived. I got my vitals taken by an assistant and I was left in the room for about 35-40 minutes until the Dr came in. I thought they forgot I was in the room waiting. I was literally putting my clothes on to leave when she walked in. The Dr was great but waiting that long is ridiculous !
