He is not in the 32BJ coverage.. didn’t take my insurance.. i went through days of getting paperwork together to be told they do not take my insurance.. This wad a total waste of time..

My consultation with Dr. Bennett went beyond my expectation. I had went to a handful of doctors prior, and I must say that Dr. Bennett was one of the few that was very specific and focused to my concern. He truly cares and explains your issues with you. As for his receptionist, she is a doll!! She was very helpful to me, even when I called about an insurance information, she was very helpful and made me feel at ease!

I had to have a reconstructive surgery after my nose was badly broken. He was extremely helpful and friendly leading up to the surgery. He even worked with me around my tight timeframe. Everything went perfectly! I highly recommend him if you are looking for an ENT.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr.Bennett. I have always had sinus headaches, trouble breathing, sleeping with my mouth open and was always insecure about my face because of my deviated septum. Dr.Bennett understood all these issues and walked me through a plan of treatment I felt comfortable with. I was nervous about having surgery but am so so happy I did. His team kept me well informed with every step, and made sure I was taken care of. I'm now 2 months post procedure and am so happy I chose Dr.Bennett. He made the whole process as simple and painless as possible and delivered on everything I hoped for. Turned out better than expected, I look like myself but better and a feel much better too. My procedure was an actual life changer, haven't had any sinus pain or pressure since recovery and feel much more confident. He's the real deal.

Approachable, excellent bedside manner, made me feel secure about my choices, answered all my questions and concerns, and was very thorough during my examination. I did not feel rushed or left with any obscure areas about my issue, so I would safely say that Dr. Bennett has everything that I was looking for in a doctor.

I was born with a deviated septum and have never been able to breath very well. The problem got a lot worse in my late 20's, to the point where I could barely sleep anymore. I finally said enough is enough and gathered up the courage to fix it. As it turns out, going to Dr. Bennett was *literally* one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.
Let's start with the surgery itself (deviated septum correction, very minor rhinoplasty).
First off, I can finally breathe (I'd say my airflow went from 10% to 90%.)! I had a really hard time sleeping, I was always tired, my colds would last 2+ weeks, and more. ALL of those problems disappeared and it's only been a few months since my surgery.
Second, my nose looks great! It's almost perfectly straight now (it was fairly crooked before, which was part of my deviated septum problem) and the minor rhinoplasty work I had done -- a slight reduction of my dorsal hump -- looks completely natural. Overall I look exactly like I used to, just a bit more symmetrical.
As far as Dr. Bennett goes, I couldn't be happier. Super knowledgeable, didn't push push additional cosmetic surgery on me like the Dr. I saw before him did, and made himself available 24/7 to me. Case and point: I had a slight panic attack a week into my recovery and called him at 11PM on a Friday. He called me back within seconds and took care of me.
Lastly, his staff was *awesome*. I must have called them 1,000 times before and after surgery. They, along with Dr Bennett himself, always picked up on the first ring and proactively called ME on a regular basis to check-in.

I just saw Dr Bennett for the fist time and LOVED him. I have been suffering with breathing issues with my nose for years and have seen several doctor's with no real relief. I chose Dr. Bennett based on a friends recommendation and could not have been more pleased. I FINALLY HAVE AN ANSWER AND A PLAN to treat my chronic breathing issues. He saw me as soon as I handed in my paperwork and his office staff were really warm and friendly. Dr. Bennett also made a point to explain the structure of my nose and point out exactly what was happening when I tried o breath, which helped me to understand what I was experiencing 100 times better. I will definitely be following up with him for the remainder of my ENT needs.

Dr Bennett and his staff were very professional, informative and caring. This was my first visit to see Dr Bennett and during my appointment everyone made me feel as if I was a long term patient. I had a pretty good feeling that my experience would be a good one after the first contact over the phone, his staff had called me about four or five times to make sure all my questions where answered, my insurance benefits were checked and the appointment was confirmed. I have been going to my family Dr for about 15 years and I don't think they have called me as much as Dr Bennett's staff did and I've only been there once. It's always great to deal with professional people.

He's the best surgeon there is. I have suffered literally for DECADES with chronic sinus infections caused by a combination of allergic reactions and a deviated septum. I never could put my trust in any surgeon because somehow I was never convinced that having the surgery would permanently cure my problem- and there are so many instances out there of the surgery having to be repeated again and again. I had reached the end of my tether with my continuing infections and the fact that anti-biotics no longer worked on me. Dr. Bennett spends an entire hour with you (or more) at every appointment, he is completely thorough and professional and well-informed. He was so confident that he could help me that I was completely convinced. It is now 7 months post-surgery. I have never breathed better or felt better or looked better. I feel like a completely new person. A raging allergy season came and went and I was unaffected. I am so grateful. The surgery was NOT easy to recover from- make no mistake- it took me several weeks - far longer than the 2 weeks I'd been given to believe- but I am so glad I had it done. If this is the surgery for you, I wouldn't look elsewhere.

Dr. Bennet is the best sinus doctor in NY! I booked Dr. Bennet on ZocDoc for my boyfriend who we thought just had a deviated septum. He ended up having a lot more, including a sinus infection that lasted over 10 years. The doctor performed surgery on him and my boyfriend recovered with hardly any pain within a couple days. I highly recommend you see him for any sinus needs & be nice to his secretaries! They are duly wonderful.
