Dr. Lerner was kind and thorough. This was my first appointment with him, and he spent over 15 minutes asking me questions and answering my own questions, which is more than the typical 30 second in-the-door-out-the-door doctor. He had great bedside manner in that he could tell when I was worried about certain things and he'd make an appropriate joke to lighten the mood.

Dr Lerner seemed to be very confident and knowledgeable. He performed every procedure my insurance could cover and his assistant did my blood test fast and pain free.

Dr. Lerner took the time to listen. He provided me with his professional advice, but respected my right as a patient to decide
what was best for myself. He understood that each patient's experiences are different and impact on each individual's personal medical decisions. He used understandable language to explain various options. He spoke directly to me and did not spend our consultation time looking at the computer screen.

I've visited Dr.Lerner's multiple times now. He seems to be knowledgeable and reasonably thorough. However, I continue to deal with a yet to be diagnosed issue that has me concerned, and Dr. Lerner seems like he rather not be bothered by it. Not very comforting or helpful when you're looking for answers. I think i'll look for a new PCP at this point. Btw, I'm a pharmacist and deal with physicians all the time.

Staff very courteous and efficient. Dr. Lerner does not rush, explains procedures and conditions in understandable terms, and is very thorough. I've made him my primary care physician I highly recommend him.
